Free Warranty
Warranty protection included with eligible MotoCraft work. Our commitment to quality doesn't end when you drive away.
14-Day Scratch / Paint Warranty
14-day warranty on paint and scratch repairs where applicable. If any paint defect or surface scratch related to our work appears within this period, we will correct it free of charge.
3–6 Month Complimentary Body Polish
Depending on the type of work completed, complimentary body polish may be available for 3–6 months after your job. This helps maintain the finish and appearance of your vehicle.
Digital Vehicle History
Your MotoCraft repairs, visits and service records are securely maintained for future reference. We keep previous jobs, visit dates, services performed, repair history, mileage where recorded, health checks, customer-visible photographs, estimates, invoices, and completed repairs.
Before & After Evidence
Visual records of work completed on your vehicle. We document the condition before and after repairs so you can see exactly what was done.
Free Basic Vehicle Inspection
Drive with more peace of mind. MotoCraft provides a complimentary basic vehicle inspection with eligible visits, helping identify obvious issues before they become bigger problems.
Insurance Repair Support
Had an accident or need repairs through your insurance? MotoCraft can help manage the repair process from quotation through to completion.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, third-party repairs, or normal wear and tear. Warranty applies only to work performed by MotoCraft.

Warranty applies to eligible MotoCraft repairs including bodywork, paint, polishing, and selected mechanical services. Ask our team for details on your specific repair.
Claim Process
If you believe there is a warranty issue, contact MotoCraft directly with your job number. We will inspect the concern and resolve it promptly.
MotoCraft assists with the vehicle repair and quotation process. Insurance coverage, claim approval and settlement decisions remain subject to the customer's insurer and policy terms.
